One way to avoid brain diseases is to exercise. When the body is exercised, the brain is also exercised. Researchers have found out that when the body is treated well, this enhances a person’s ability to recall and process information. Physical exercises are important because they increase oxygen to the brain and reduce the risk for such things as disorders, which can result, to memory loss. Frequent exercises protect the brain cells and improve the effects of the most important chemicals in the brain.
